Master Realty first understands the property’s condition and requirements through relevant information, documents and inspection. Following inspection, the customer receives an Inspection / Assessment Report identifying relevant observations and requirements. Where continuing Property Management services are required, appropriate services may be recommended through an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The customer selects the services required, with scope, frequency and charges agreed before commencement.
Start ManagementA trained Property Inspector assesses the property and records relevant observations in an Inspection / Assessment Report.
Coordinate approved maintenance requirements according to the services selected by the customer.
Coordinate approved Vendors / Service Partners for agreed property-related work.
