Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Master Realty website and the services offered through it. By using the site or registering an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The services are provided by Master Integrated Realty Projects Company Limited, registered at C.C 44/1444, Comfort Inn Apartment, Hotel Building, South Janatha Road, Palarivattom,, Ernakulam, Kerala- 682025 ("Master Realty", "we", "us").

The services we provide

Master Realty provides property stewardship services, which may include property advisory reports, secure document storage and verification, condition monitoring and ongoing property management. The specific services available to you depend on the plan you select and any separate agreement you sign with us.

We may add, change or withdraw features of the site at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid service you have already bought, we will tell you in advance.

Not legal, financial or valuation advice

Our advisory reports, checklists, blog articles and other written material are provided for general information and to help you make better-informed decisions. They are not legal advice, financial advice, a formal valuation, or a substitute for independent professional guidance on your particular circumstances.

Document verification confirms what the records we are given show. It cannot guarantee the underlying facts, and it does not transfer to us any responsibility for the accuracy of documents issued by third parties or public authorities. You remain responsible for your own decisions to buy, sell, price or transact.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at info@masterrealty.co.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the services.

Your content and documents

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that material solely to deliver the services you have asked for, and to share it with the parties you direct us to.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to share the documents you upload, and doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or any confidentiality obligation.
• The information you give us is accurate and not misleading.
• You will not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that infringes intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate a fraudulent transaction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, another user's account, or our infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our reports, data or content without our written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malware or placing unreasonable load on it.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act in relation to a property.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, our reports and templates, and all associated trade marks and content are owned by Master Realty or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may use material we provide for your own property purposes but not for commercial redistribution.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to, or rely on, services operated by third parties, including form delivery, payment and hosting providers, as well as public record sources. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the services available and accurate, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that public records we access will be complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Master Realty against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or documents you uploaded that you had no right to share.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service, giving you notice where the service is one you have paid for. On termination we will make your documents available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is material we will give you reasonable notice, and continuing to use the services after it takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
